LEDJA is designed with your privacy as a priority. This policy explains how your data is handled when you use the app.
Your Data Stays On Your Device
All information you enter into LEDJA — including job details, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and financial figures — is stored locally on your device only. Your data is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party operated by On Lock Creative.
No Collection or Tracking
LEDJA does not collect any personal information about you. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or any user tracking tools. We have no visibility into how you use the app or what data you store in it.
Data Export & Backup
LEDJA allows you to export a full backup of your data as a JSON file, or export your jobs and contacts as separate CSV files. These exports are entirely user-initiated. LEDJA has no involvement in where you choose to save or send those files. You are responsible for keeping your exported files secure.
Data Security
Your data is protected by your device's own security features. LEDJA offers an optional PIN lock and a 12-word recovery phrase for additional protection. We strongly recommend enabling the PIN lock and saving your recovery phrase securely. If you lose your device without a backup and without your recovery phrase, your data cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
No Cloud Backup or Recovery
LEDJA does not operate any cloud infrastructure. There is no account system, no server, and no way for us to recover your data if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged. It is your responsibility to export your data regularly via Settings.
App Deletion
Deleting LEDJA from your device will permanently remove all stored data. This action cannot be undone. Export your data before deleting the app if you wish to keep it.
Subscription & Payments
LEDJA offers an optional paid subscription processed through Apple's App Store and Google Play using RevenueCat as a subscription management service. RevenueCat may collect limited anonymised data to manage subscription status. We do not handle, store, or have access to any payment or billing information. All transactions are governed by Apple's or Google's terms and privacy policies. For more information on how RevenueCat handles data, see their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Limitation of Liability
LEDJA is a job and payment tracking tool intended to help you organise your finances. It is not accounting software, financial advice, or a tax tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for meeting any legal, tax, or financial obligations in your region. On Lock Creative accepts no liability for financial loss, data loss, or any other damages resulting from use of the app.
Data Deletion
You can delete all app data at any time via Settings → Data → Clear All Data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Children
LEDJA is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a future version, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect that. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
