Terms of Service

These terms are straightforward. You use LEDJA to track your jobs and payments. We don't collect your data, we don't control your money, and we don't mess around. Here's how it works.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LEDJA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What LEDJA Is

LEDJA is a local-only job and payment tracker. It helps you log jobs, track who owes you, send payment reminders, and export reports. All data is stored on your device. There is no cloud sync, no user accounts, and no external servers holding your information.

3. What LEDJA Is Not

LEDJA is not:

  • Accounting software (it's not Xero or QuickBooks)
  • A payment processor (we don't handle transactions or hold funds)
  • A legal or financial advisor (we provide tools, not advice)
  • A backup service (your data is local — export regularly)

4. Free Tier & LEDJA Pro

Free Tier

The free version of LEDJA allows you to:

  • Create up to 10 jobs
  • Track payments and send reminders
  • Generate and share invoices
  • Export your data anytime

LEDJA Pro

LEDJA Pro is a paid subscription that removes the 10-job limit and adds:

  • Unlimited jobs (no cap on active, paid, or archived jobs)
  • Import your history (bring past job data in)
  • Export your records (clean reports anytime)
  • Full customisation — tax, currency, business details

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($6.99/month) or annually ($69.99/year) through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Pricing is displayed in your local currency before purchase.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by LEDJA. Contact them directly if you believe you're entitled to a refund under their policies.

5. Your Responsibilities

Accurate Data Entry

LEDJA is a tool. It tracks what you tell it to track. You're responsible for entering accurate job details, payment amounts, and due dates. LEDJA doesn't verify, validate, or fact-check your entries.

Backups

Because LEDJA stores data locally on your device, you're responsible for backing it up. Use the export feature regularly to save your data externally. If you lose your device or uninstall the app, your data is gone.

Compliance with Laws

You're responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to invoicing, tax reporting, and record-keeping in your jurisdiction. LEDJA provides tools to help, but it's not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LEDJA to:

  • Track illegal transactions or activities
  • Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense LEDJA
  • Use LEDJA in a way that violates any laws or infringes on others' rights

7. Intellectual Property

LEDJA, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by On Lock Creative. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal or business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on LEDJA without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LEDJA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that:

  • LEDJA will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available
  • Your data will never be lost (that's why we tell you to export)
  • LEDJA will meet all your business or legal requirements

You use LEDJA at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Lock Creative is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LEDJA
  • Issues caused by your device, operating system, or third-party services

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for LEDJA Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 AUD if you're on the free tier).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless On Lock Creative from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of LEDJA
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Updates & Changes to the App

We may update LEDJA to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be required to continue using the app. We're not obligated to maintain backward compatibility with older versions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or website. Continued use of LEDJA after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using LEDJA anytime by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to LEDJA Pro if you violate these Terms, though we'll generally try to resolve issues first.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
